If you need to only refund part of a ticket, group membership or eShop item, follow these steps: 


Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Refunds 


Step 2: Enter the order ID or Ticket reference,  click search and check 'PARTIAL REFUND'



Step 3: Check 'PARTIAL REFUND' and enter the new amount to be refunded


This must be less than the original total.


Step 4: Click 'Calculate refund'

This will display the new refund total. You can then click 'Refund'. Click 'Refund and Resell' if you would like to sell that item/ticket/membership again.
