Bulk refunds can only be conducted for events, not group memberships

If you require an entire event to be bulk refunded, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk with:

  1. The URL of the event in your UnionCloud backend:
    1. e.g. https://demo-uc.unioncloud.org/administrator/events/virtual-web-circle-f098
  2. Whether students need refunding any admin fee or not
  3. If you want students to get a full refund or partial refund

Important note on bulk refunds

If there are not enough funds in your payment gateway account, we will need you to transfer the required funds before we can process the bulk refund. This will be explained in the ticket.
