Are emails sent from your UnionCloud website landing in user's Spam / Junk folder or not getting delivered at all?

Please contact your IT team and ask them to update their SPF record, adding this IP address before the 'all' statement at the end of the record:

50.31.45.194

This IP address is specific for all emails send from across the UnionCloud platform.
