If for any reason you need to disqualify a candidate in an election, or a candidate pulls out after voting has started, you can do this easily.

Step 1: Open your election in Democracy > Evoting > Elections > List Elections, click edit

Step 2: Click the Candidates tab, find the candidate you want to remove from the election and click 'Disqualify Candidate'

Please note that when you disqualify a candidate, all the preferences for other candidates in the standing will automatically be re-distributed amongst the other candidates. 

e.g. If someone voted for Connor 1st pref, but then you disqualified them, the person that was voted 2nd pref would move to 1st etc.
